About MeWhen I grow up I would like to be a comedian - that’s what I told my mother when I was little and why I love making people laugh. But for now, I’ll stick to my day job as an Assistant Principal,Testing Coordinator, and Transportation Liaison for Long Creek Elementary School.
Although I sometimes get, "You look exactly the same when the last I saw you," I have been in education for over 20 years, and spent 12 of them as a second grade teacher. |

Biography |
Family - I am the first born in a set of triplets, which my brother and sister both live in Charlotte. I have been married for 16 years to a wonderful wife who was at home with our children for 10 years. Our son will start Kindergarten this year and daughter will be a 5th grader at Mt. Island Lake Academy.
Education - I have an undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina Central (GO EAGLES) and a graduate degree in Curriculum and Supervision from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I also obtained my administrative certification from UNCC. Likes - I do not enjoy long walks on the beach, but I do enjoy watching sports with friends. I enjoy most types of music (depends on my mood) and most types of movies (depends on my mood). I do enjoy a good nap - that’s the age talking. Favorite foods - tacos, pizza, and sugary sweet cereal (it’s what I grew up on while watching Saturday morning cartoons). |
